Salisbury Plain West - Pear Tree Hill Walk
18 April, 2010
We chose a good location for the wonderful weather.
Brandon and Tracy.
We climbed up Pear Tree Hill on the western edge of Salisbury Plain. The views were spectacular, despite the volcanic dust haze which made the sky an odd colour.

The dogs seemed to accept Shaun (aged 7) as their pack leader.

Despite the recent dry weather, we managed to find a giant mud puddle for the dogs.
That's Brandon on the right that everyone is looking at.
Onwards and upwards.
We stopped at the top of each hill for a drink.
Pit stop.
Murphy.
Alfie and Murphy up to their usual tricks...
The final leg...
After the walk Tracy and Sarah fry up bacon and eggs for everyone. The camp rules say, "No dogs in the kitchen!"
