The Great Paw Trek 2008
Sunday, 18 May 2008
The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is hosting its 17th Great Paw Trek at Longleat. It has begun appealing to the hundreds of dogs and their owners from across the county to sign-up to join the fundraising stride for charity.
During the event there will be a mass sponsored walk, dog agility demonstration, dog show, American Indian Village, blindfold walks, vintage car clubs, craft and food stalls, lucky dip, - and an opportunity to meet some real guide dogs and trainee puppies.
You are welcome to join the 2 mile trek that starts from the steps of Longleat House and winds through the estate grounds. The first walk starts at 10am and the last walk will leave at 4pm.
Entry for all walkers is free (max 4 persons) on presentation of your entry form with sponsor(s) listed (or donation), at the main gate. To pre-register telephone 01926 333426.
